Preferred Qualifications:

• Current and valid Maryland SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• School-based SLP experience highly desirable
• Ability to manage a caseload of 35-45 elementary students
• Flexibility for full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary-age students across multiple sites
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district policies
