About the Position:

Our client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team in the St. Louis, MO area. This is a hybrid role combining telehealth supervision with in-home and clinic-based services, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.

• Provide supervision and training to RBTs/BTs.

• Deliver parent and caregiver training and support.

• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification.

• Active license in the State of Missouri.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

• Experience working with children with autism preferred.

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
