Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Tech for a direct hire opportunity in San Antonio, TX. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment according to code and manufacturer specifications. Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune‑ups, and system performance checks. Service and repair Carrier HVAC equipment, controls, wiring, and related components. Communicate professionally with customers regarding system issues, repair options, replacement recommendations, and maintenance needs. Maintain accurate service records, work orders, inventory documentation, and a clean, organized company vehicle and work area. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $20 to $30 per hour, based on experience. Direct hire opportunity. Company vehicle, if applicable. Paid holidays and vacation.
