We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team.

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
• Review billing information and resolve discrepancies with internal departments and customers
• Process payments and update customer accounts accurately within the billing system
• Maintain organized billing records and documentation for reporting and audits
• Respond professionally to customer billing inquiries and payment questions
• Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and account maintenance
• Generate reports and support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed
• Work closely with operations, customer service, and accounting teams to ensure billing accuracy

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related office experience preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting/billing software preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Transportation, logistics, or warehouse industry experience is a plus
• Experience handling customer accounts and payment processing
• Familiarity with invoicing procedures and financial recordkeeping
