IT Systems Administrator Onsite in Corona with Great Benefits

Responsibilities Managed Google Workspace, Intune, JamF Pro, Jira, Slack, Azure Active Directory, 1Password, AWS VPN, Zoom, and Moveworks to streamline IT operations and enhance user accessibility across the organization. Manage and support user accounts in Active Directory, Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft 365, and other applications. Design, maintain and support onboarding/offboarding efforts for new hires and new hire orientations. Wrote, reviewed, and edited technical KB Articles in Confluence to ensure clarity and consistency across documentation. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Provided application and hardware support to all users across multiple locations, ensuring efficient issue resolution and user satisfaction. Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction. Partner with the network team and be onsite backup for network infrastructure. Manage IT projects from inception to completion, including planning, implementation, and documentation. Develop and maintain IT support policies, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Salary and Benefits Base Salary Range: $110,000 to $135,000 per annum. Discretionary Annual Incentive.
