RN/LPN (12 hour shifts) Dementia/Memory Care Join to apply for the RN/LPN (12 hour shifts) Dementia/Memory Care role at Eaton County Health & Rehabilitation Services . Eaton County Health & Rehabilitation Services (ECHRS) is seeking qualified RNs and LPNs. The primary responsibility is to provide direct nursing care to residents and patients. The role also includes supervising the daily nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Qualifications Genuine interest in geriatric care. Ability to cooperate with others and demonstrate tact and patience when dealing with residents, families, and visitors. Flexibility and adaptability to routine changes. Experience as a general staff nurse, demonstrating administrative and supervisory skills. Graduation from an accredited nursing school and current licensure/registration with the State Board of Nursing Examiners.
