Medical Director / Attending Physician - Part-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide exceptional care across local skilled nursing facilities inSt. Joseph,  Michigan. This part-time opportunity offers outstanding scheduling flexibility, a collaborative practice environment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of post-acute and long-term care patients. As the attending physician, you will partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

Current Facility Opportunities: Bad Axe, East Jordan,  Grayling,Holland,  Houghton Lake,Manistique,Mount Pleasant, Ovidand Temperance, Michigan.

Additional Facility Opportunities Nationwide: Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

Position Highlights:

Part-time schedule serving local skilled nursing facilities

Physicians typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week

No fixed daily start or end times

No call responsibilities

No overnight shifts

18 – 25 visits per day

Requirements:

Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure

Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED
