Complete Health – Greystone, a well-established primary care clinic located in the One Nineteen Health & Wellness Center in Birmingham, is expanding its physician team and seeking a dedicated, compassionate Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine) who shares our commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care.

We are seeking candidates who are:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Alabama

• Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care

• Passionate about community health and value-driven outcomes

Experience in patient engagement, chronic care management, and collaborative practice models is strongly valued.
