You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients and will be responsible for prioritizing the delivery of direct nursing care using time and resources efficiently integrating a standards-based framework model.Other responsibilities include:Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology treatments.Monitor and assess patients' conditions, managing symptoms and side effects.Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, side effects, and self-care.Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Qualifications:State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License.Associate Degree in Nursing1-year Bedside experience preferredBLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
