Minx Law, PC is a Santa Monica-based intellectual property law firm that advises brand owners worldwide in industries such as entertainment, digital media, consumer goods, software and technology, and health and wellness. We are seeking a California-based full‑time trademark paralegal with at least five years of experience managing global trademark portfolios, either at a law firm or in‑house legal department. Responsibilities End‑to‑end ownership of a busy trademark docket (50% US; 50% foreign) Prepare, file, and monitor US and international trademark applications Prepare and submit copyright filings Correspond extensively with foreign associates and manage global trademark portfolios Prepare reporting and other correspondence to clients Conduct preliminary USPTO, Saegis, and Internet searches Review and manage trademark watch notices and subscriptions Assist with takedowns and other enforcement matters Assist with TTAB matters Annual billable requirement of 1,440 hours Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience managing global trademark portfolios Expert level knowledge of USPTO filings Expert level knowledge of trademark docketing (experience with AltLegal is a plus) Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Must be extremely organized and detail‑oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to communicate with foreign counsel comfortably Compensation $85,000–$100,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr Minx Law, PC
