Lara Insurance Agency of Wilmington, CA and Torrance, CA is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of a Commercial Insurance Sales Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Base salary is $40,000 a year. First year commissions generally around $20,000 and the top performers in our agency made $90,000 a year with commission.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance quotes,
• Make sales presentations
• Close sales
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Establish client relationships and follow up with them
• Maintain a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Must have at least 1 year Insurance experience
• Property Casualty license is preferred. Employee must obtain License within 60 day of hire date. We will cover costs.
• In person sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
