The Role:
Our client, a leading multi-site manufacturer, is seeking a Head of Manufacturing to join their team in the North Carolina market. This position will be an executive-level role that will provide strategic and operational leadership across three manufacturing facilities within the Southeast, Midwest, and Southwest markets. This role is responsible for building and executing a unified manufacturing strategy that drives operational excellence, scalability, quality, and cost efficiency across all plants. The Head of Manufacturing will work closely with executive leadership to align production capabilities with long-term growth objectives while ensuring consistent performance, safety compliance, and workforce engagement.
