Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Total Spectrum is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence‑based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. Part‑time and full‑time positions are available. For nearly 10 years, we’ve helped children, teens, and young adults achieve success through individualized, person‑centered care rooted in assent‑based treatment. We partner with parents and caregivers to nurture each child’s potential, setting them up for success in school and life. Billing expectations are reasonable, with a 20‑hour minimum weekly billable target. As a BCBA at Total Spectrum, you’ll receive clinical leadership and support as part of the LEARN Behavioral collective, which employs over 500 BCBAs across 18 states.
