Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Orange County, CA · Part-time to full-time · $90,000 – $120,000 A small caseload, a team that actually collaborates, and a clinic where your clinical judgment is respected. Grace Connections ABA is a clinician‑led pediatric practice in Orange County. We're intentionally small, and we intend to stay the kind of place where every family and every clinician is known by name. We're looking for a BCBA who wants to do good clinical work without the caseload pressure, productivity quotas, and layers of management that make this field exhausting. If you've been feeling stretched thin somewhere larger, this is a very different environment. Compensation $90,000 – $120,000, plus a performance bonus reviewed and paid quarterly. What you'll do Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust protocols as clients grow Supervise and mentor behavior technicians in line with BACB requirements Provide parent and caregiver training Collaborate with our SLP and OT colleagues on shared clients Complete clinical documentation and progress reports within normal timelines Who we're looking for Active BCBA certification through the BACB, and a California BCBA license (or license-eligible) Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience with pediatric clients in home, community, school, or clinic settings A collaborative clinician who values neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practice Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Grace Connections ABA is an equal opportunity employer.
