Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a growing global manufacturing company in Delano, PA. If you're a dependable operator with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and safety, we want to hear from you! These are long-term, full-time positions with the opportunity for growth. We are hiring immediately and encourage anyone who is interested to apply. Job Details This is a great temp to hire opportunity! 1st Shift Monday to Friday (40 + OT); Saturdays may be required, depending on work volume. Stable first-shift schedule with no Sunday work Pay: Starting at $17 per hour! Supportive team environment and career growth potential What You'll Do Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications. Load and unload materials while maintaining efficient workflow. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality. Follow daily production schedules to meet output goals. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Assist with additional production tasks as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Previous Machine Operator experience is required. Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to: work in a safe manner read and follow work instructions and production specifications. identify equipment issues and maintain a safe work environment. lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
