Bath Planet of Chicagoland is seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to help homeowners transform their bathrooms. This role combines in-home consultations, bathroom design, product demonstrations, and closing sales. We’re looking for someone who brings confidence, professionalism, and a competitive drive to every appointment with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments to understand their needs, budget, and remodeling goals.
• Present shower and bath solutions, demonstrate products, and help customers select designs and accessories.
• Take accurate measurements, document project details, and prepare complete proposals.
• Build value by clearly explaining product quality, installation, service, and available payment options.
• Confidently address objections, ask for the sale, and help homeowners move forward during the consultation.
• Communicate with sales leadership for coaching and appointment support.
• Submit accurate contracts, photos, measurements, and appointment results promptly.
• Meet established sales goals while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and individual coaching.
• Keep samples and presentation materials organized and ready for every appointment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, especially in home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence discussing pricing, handling objections, and closing business.
• Organized, dependable, coachable, and accountable for results.
• Professional appearance and a customer-first approach.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Chicagoland market.
• Availability for appointments that includes evenings and Saturdays.
• Comfortable using digital tools to prepare proposals and submit paperwork.
