To maintain the physical school plant in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of it may be made at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Training and experience in construction trades (plumbing, electrical, welding, carpentry) 2. Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities 3. Alaska Driver's License 4. Experience using a variety of tools and equipment 5. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills 6. Such other qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Additional requirements: 1. Demonstrated mastery in one skill area Range 15 (Maintenance I) 2. Demonstrated mastery in two skill areas Range 19 (Maintenance II) 3. Demonstrated mastery in three skill areas Range 21 (Maintenance III)
Salary: Range 15, 19, or 21
