Join us at Massage Envy Lee's Summit! Massage Envy Lee's Summit currently has an opening for an Assistant Manager of Sales position. The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency. The position is full-time and the schedule varies. This is a sales, customer service and management position and NOT a clerical, office manager position. (Only qualified candidates will be considered.) Essential Duties: Assists Manager in and oversees management duties Sets and coaches a team to achieve daily sales goals Acts as an example to a sales team, by regularly achieving personal goals Maintains an impeccable and clean clinic Coach and train front desk associates and therapists on sales process Balance sales detail report and make daily deposits Ensure employee work time is properly recorded and payroll is processed in a timely manner Keeps track and documents inventory and order supplies Understands, believes in and upholds Massage Envy’s Purpose, Vision and Values General knowledge of modalities offered and understands, believes in, and upholds the benefits of massage therapy and bodywork Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required for this position.
