What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality emergency care within a critical access hospital
• Serve as Charge Nurse, coordinating patient care and staffing in the ER
• Float to Med/Surg and Stepdown units, assisting with patient management as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Support a team-focused environment, stepping in where needed

What You Need:

• Required:
• Valid RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience
• Charge nurse experience in an ER setting
• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital
• Ability to float to Med/Surg and Stepdown units
• Willingness to work night shifts and travel outside local area
• Preferred:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-pressure environment
