About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Communications, Marketing, and Public Affairs to lead the development and execution of integrated strategies that enhance the organization's reputation, brand, and community trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the work of the communications, public relations, and marketing teams, establishing enterprise messaging, and ensuring alignment across all channels. This role involves serving as a key advisor to senior leadership, managing the department's budget, and supporting strategic initiatives in clinical redesign and campus redevelopment. The VP will also be at the forefront of crisis communications, issues management, and will oversee the organization's media relations and internal communication programs. Applicants must have a 4-year degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 10 years' experience in communications, marketing, public policy, or public affairs. The role requires a candidate with a strong command presence, proven leadership skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. Experience in complex or publicly accountable environments is essential, as is a track record of strategic and innovative thinking. The VP will be expected to cultivate strategic relationships with various stakeholders and to support the organization's mission through effective communication and marketing initiatives.
