KODE Labs, headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, is seeking a full-time Product Manager to join our growing Product team in our Prishtina office. As a Product Manager, you own the value and viability of outcomes in a complex product area. You drive discovery first. You lead with influence. You measure success by outcomes, not output.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Define clear goals and success metrics, and align teams and partners.
• Meet customers weekly, validate value and viability before delivery, and share insights.
• Maintain a living 12-month roadmap and adjust priorities based on demand and company strategy.
• Write crisp problem statements, desired outcomes, and requirements, and co-define risks and scope with Engineering.
• Keep work dev-ready, clarify requirements, and triage issues across features, bugs, and security.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Technical Writing on briefs, messaging, and user documentation.
• Define KPIs, ship, measure, review, and iterate.
• Join key customer conversations and support accounts and complex deployments.
• Collaborate daily with Design and a Tech Lead across discovery and delivery.
• Demonstrate independence and pragmatism. Act decisively with a bias for action. Clearly communicate trade-offs.
• You will communicate transparently, identify risks early, and escalate promptly when strategy, revenue, security, or reputation is at risk. You will keep the Product Offering, timelines, PRDs, and KPI dashboards current.
• You are smart, creative, and persistent with deep curiosity and a missionary mindset. You lead through influence, you handle ambiguity well and prioritize crisply.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Product Manager building software products.
• Strong technical literacy. You understand how software is designed, developed, and released.
• Depth in continuous discovery. You run interviews, prototyping, and testing. You make go/no-go calls with evidence.
• Excellent communication at all levels. You use clear, simple language.
• Data-informed decision making. You are fluent in instrumentation, metrics, and experimentation.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Technical Writing, and Sales and CX.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in SaaS and in a single application with multiple product areas.
• Experience with B2B and enterprise customers and complex integrations.
• Exposure to building management, proptech, IoT, or data-heavy platforms.
