Job Summary:

Provide specialized speech and language therapy services to patients, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  
  
• 
  Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical best practices.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapy techniques to improve communication and swallowing capabilities.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active Arizona license or have an approved application with ETA for licensing.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong skills in clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention.
  
  
• 
  Maintain certification in Speech-Language Pathology (e.g., CCC-SLP).
  
  
• 
  Show excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
