DM Marketing runs customer and patient acquisition for local businesses: home service and construction companies, auto shops, and dental and medical practices across Dallas-Fort Worth. Google and Meta ads bring the demand in, a CRM catches every lead, automations follow up in seconds, and every call is recorded so clients can see exactly which dollars turned into booked jobs. Founded in 2019, 200+ businesses served, $3M+ in managed ad spend.

We are hiring a closer to own new business. Our own advertising produces inbound leads every week, each one pre-qualified on revenue and industry before it reaches you, and a custom audit of the prospect's current marketing is prepared before your first meeting. You show owners where their leads are leaking, then show them what fixing it looks like.

What You Do

• Work inbound leads from our campaigns and build your own pipeline of owner-operated businesses in DFW
• Run discovery conversations with owners about where their customers come from and what a new one is worth to them
• Present audit findings and close accounts of $3,000 to $9,000 per month on a 3 month minimum term
• Stay involved through onboarding so the client relationship starts clean
• Join ongoing sales coaching, with the founder on calls with you early

Who Does Well Here

• In-person, commission-based sales experience: solar, door to door, pest control, roofing, windows, cell carrier field sales. You are comfortable knocking, comfortable with no, and comfortable closing on the spot
• Agency or marketing sales is a big plus. If you have sold advertising or lead generation, you will ramp faster
• Coachable, personable, and specific about your numbers: deal sizes, close rates, cycle length
• Based in DFW and able to meet prospects in person

Compensation

• $1,000 monthly base
• Plus 10% of every payment we collect from accounts you close, for the full contract term. A $6,000 per month client pays you $600 each time their payment clears, $1,800 over a 3 month term
• Commission paid biweekly on cleared payments. You are never waiting 30 days on a deal you already closed
• Sell above package price and the full difference is yours on top of commission
• You are never penalized for fulfillment. If a client leaves early, you keep everything paid on money we collected
• No cap on accounts or earnings

Two closes a month at a $5,000 average adds $1,000 a month in commission per account for the length of each contract, on top of your base, and it stacks as you close more.
