Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Position Overview: This role involves planning and conducting treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing patients' physical, social, and mental functions. The Occupational Therapist collaborates as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized in-home care services. Key Responsibilities Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards and identify areas needing attention. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques and tools. Provide therapy interventions following established protocols and techniques. Create and communicate care and discharge plans effectively. Complete accurate clinical documentation within specified deadlines. Supervise assigned therapy assistants and perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD), with licensure in applicable states. Valid occupational therapy license, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license. Minimum age of 21 years.
