Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license required
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong foundational skills in executing speech-language therapy plans
• Familiarity with supporting ARDs, conducting student evaluations, and documentation
• Committed to onsite-only service delivery; remote work is not available
• Effective communicator, collaborator, and adaptable within fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain detailed records

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy sessions as assigned
• Assist with student evaluations and collaborate with lead SLPs
• Participate in ARD meetings, contributing insights and progress updates
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to school and state requirements
• Foster a supportive, positive atmosphere for elementary-aged students
• Communicate regularly with staff and families regarding student progress
