Behavioral Framework is expanding and opening a brand-new ABA clinic in Gilbert, AZ and we're looking for a passionate BCBA to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you will:

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians
• Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support
• Complete clinical supervision and case oversight
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes

What We're Looking For

BCBA certification in good standing

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred

Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care
