Keep reading!Position OverviewPHIL is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Implementation Manager, Professional Services to lead enterprise client implementations from committed intent through program activation. This role will focus on solution design, cross-functional execution, and delivering high-quality, technically sound implementations that drive speed to value. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you will own end-to-end implementation strategy, translate client goals into technical solution architecture, and ensure operational readiness across product, engineering, operations, and client stakeholders. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires strong ownership, technical fluency, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle implementation delivery from kickoff through activation, ensuring alignment between contractual scope, client goals, and technical solution designLead discovery and current state assessments, translating client objectives into detailed technical specifications and operational protocolsDesign and document complete program architecture, including configuration standards, business logic, operating rules, and adoption pathwaysCreate and maintain a centralized source of truth outlining solution design, workflows, and reporting structuresDrive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, operations, sales, and client success to ensure on-time delivery and operational readinessMonitor and report on implementation health, including status updates, risk tracking, and priority dashboardsServe as a product subject matter expert, understanding PHIL's platform capabilities, roadmap, integrations, and data workflowsOversee logging and follow-through on technical requests, ensuring tickets are properly grouped, tracked, and aligned to broader initiativesIdentify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and efficiency gains in delivery methodologyInfluence internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues while maintaining scope integrity and project momentumQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience10+ years of technology-enabled services implementation experience5+ years of vendor-side ownership of enterprise implementations5+ years managing cross-functional and project-specific teams in a matrixed environmentDemonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical architecture and operational executionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision makingTechnical fluency in enterprise integrations including APIs, SFTP, flat file transfers, and SQLFamiliarity with AI and LLM applications within technology-enabled service environmentsExperience designing implementation processes, documentation standards, and scalable delivery frameworksProven ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate solutions across diverse internal and external constituenciesSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesAbility to travel up to 25%BenefitsGround floor opportunity with one of the fastest-growing startups in health-techFully remote working environmentCompetitive compensation (commensurate with experience)Full benefits (medical, dental, vision)401(k) contribution opportunityPHIL Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.Compensation Range: $130K - $150KJ-18808-Ljbffr
