Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level Tax Associate to join their team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in law firm or accounting tax environments, contributing to a dynamic and challenging work setting.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive tax advice and support to clients.
- Collaborate with team members on complex tax matters.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax regulations.
- Draft and review tax-related documents and agreements.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of relevant tax experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- Admission to the New York State Bar preferred.
