Pitman Capital is a real estate investment and development firm based in Miami FL , specializing in new development , multi-family and single family and industrial across Miami and New York City. Our team operates in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to professionalism, performance, and long-term growth.
Role Description
We are seeking a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Associate to join our Miami team. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate and looking to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Cold Calling
- Meeting in person potential sellers
- Research and identify potential acquisition opportunities
- Conduct outreach to property owners and brokers
- Maintaining organized records and follow-ups across multiple active connections
Qualifications
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Self-driven
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Task-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, CRM tools, and Google Workspace is a plus
