A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. This position will focus on Engineering and support within a customer’s environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle escalated network incidents requiring advanced troubleshooting, analysis, and root-cause identification.Perform intermediate configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce incident volume.Assist in implementing network changes, upgrades, and optimizations under the guidance of senior engineers.Conduct deeper investigation of performance degradations, routing issues, and VLAN/subnet misconfigurations.Monitor and interpret network performance metrics to proactively detect problems.Review Tier 1 escalations, provide guidance, and help train Tier 1 staff in troubleshooting methodologies.Maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, SOPs, and topology information.Collaborate with engineering teams on project tasks, migrations, or new technology deployments.Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: Advanced SolutionsSalaried: Salaried
