Amergis Staffing is currently seeking Behavior Technicians (BT) for the 2026/2027 school year in Poway, CA. Position Details: Pay: $25/hour Start Date: August 2026 Hours Per Week: 20-32.5 hours (Must have availability to sub) Schedule: Monday – Friday school hours Length: Full 2026/2027 School Year Requirements: ABA experience, 3–6-months experience as a Behavior Technician, must be comfortable toileting and changing. Will be working with children with special needs. Prior experience working with children or as a caregiver is required. High school diploma or GED.
