What you'll do as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:

As a Home Health LPN, you are a vital part of the patient's care team offering skilled nursing care and support. This includes tasks such as:

• Monitoring vital signs
• Assisting with wound care and personal care
• Educating patients and families
• Maintaining medical records
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Also, provide emotional support and companionship, building genuine connections with patients.

Qualifications for the Licensed Practical Nurse LPN position:

• Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
• Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
