Portfolio/Asset Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Portfolio/Asset Operations Coordinator to join our small office team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable balancing property services coordination, bookkeeping, and general office responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who can work independently, stay organized, communicate professionally, and take pride in keeping the Admin desk running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day property services type activities
• Communicate with tenants, vendors, and service providers in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and record keeping
• Maintain accurate files, records, and spreadsheets
• Prepare letters, correspondence, reports, and other office documents
• Schedule appointments, coordinate maintenance requests, and follow up as needed
• Enter and maintain data accurately
• Assist with general administrative and secretarial duties
• Provide excellent tenant assistance and help resolve routine questions or concerns
• Support other office needs and special projects as they arise

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Previous experience in a property management office, bookkeeping, office administration, or a related office environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling numbers, records, and confidential information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional, friendly, and helpful attitude
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, shift priorities seamlessly and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member
• Dependable, responsible, and willing to learn

What We're Looking For

We value someone who is friendly, trustworthy, organized, and capable of wearing many hats. Because we are a small office, every team member plays an important role, and we appreciate someone who is willing to pitch in wherever needed.

Pay range is $24-$28, depending on experience. There are no health benefits or retirement plans available.
