Level Of Experience: Mid‑Level Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only) Job Title: Analytical Chemist Location: Vernon Hills, IL Contract Term: 12+ Months Shift: 1st Shift Client: Medical Device Company Job Category: Research & Development Job Description This position provides support for all chemistry‑related projects for BD‑Surgery’s New Product Development Team. Responsibilities include supporting formulation development, method development/validation, stability analysis, and research sample analysis. Required Competencies Education: BS/MS/PhD in Chemistry or Pharmaceutics with related science experience Skills Demonstrated knowledge of the scientific discipline and standard scientific methods and techniques Understanding of GMP documentation requirements Excellent scientific writing skills Ability to multi‑task various activities Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to discuss scientific strategies/results and interact with functional areas, including Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Quality Ability to work independently and in a team environment based on assigned projects Hands‑on experience with HPLC, GC, method validation, sample analysis, and stability studies Experience 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical chemistry is essential. Specialized Knowledge Work within an FDA‑regulated environment. Experience With GMP Documentation Requirements Previous experience with writing scientific protocols and reports Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form #J-18808-Ljbffr MillenniumSoft Inc
