RN/LPN Supervisor Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm This is the perfect setting to hone your supervisory skills under an experienced leader while improving the lives of others as the RN / LPN Supervisor. Qualifications Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, unencumbered Massachusetts license Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in post-acute care. Exceptional leadership, assessment and communication skills! Familiarity with Point Click Care is a must. Responsibilities Provide nursing supervision and leadership for the day shift. Perform assessments and coordinate care with the health care team. Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families to ensure quality care.
