Digital Project Manager (RCS & Customer Communications) | Contract | $50-60/hr

Drive the Future of Customer Communications

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Project Manager to support customer communication and content initiatives for a leading enterprise organization. This role will focus on helping deliver and optimize digital messaging experiences across channels including RCS, SMS, and email while partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

This is an ideal opportunity for a project manager who thrives in Agile environments , enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams, and has experience leading customer-facing digital projects from concept through delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Manage digital content and customer communication projects across RCS, SMS, email, and other messaging channels

✅ Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and business teams to drive project execution

✅ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

✅ Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and project deliverables

✅ Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring priorities remain aligned

✅ Communicate project status and key updates to stakeholders

✅ Help deliver engaging customer communication experiences that improve customer engagement

Must-Have Experience

- 5+ years of Digital Project Management, Content Project Management, or related experience

- Experience supporting digital communications, messaging, content, or customer engagement initiatives

- Experience with RCS, SMS, email, or similar customer communication channels

- Strong Agile experience and participation in Agile ceremonies

- Experience managing projects from planning through delivery

- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders

- Jira or similar project management tools

- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

⭐ Direct RCS experience

⭐ Telecommunications industry experience

⭐ UX/CX or Product Design team experience

⭐ Figma, Miro, or similar collaboration tools

⭐ User-centered design knowledge
