What You'll Do
- Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, and online
- Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities
- Follow up on leasing inquiries and assist with prospect management
- Support leasing efforts through effective customer service and sales techniques
- Assist with application processing, lease paperwork, and move-in coordination
- Respond to resident and prospect inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records within property management software
- Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to generate community interest
- Support resident events and community engagement activities
- Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure a positive resident experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or leasing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability for a temporary or seasonal assignment
