The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple residential remodeling projects simultaneously across the greater Milwaukee area from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include managing the carpentry team, developing and maintaining project schedules, expediting materials, and collaborating closely with designers, clients, vendors, and trade partners. This role requires performing regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and maintain clear, effective communication across all parties to ensure superior project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
