Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate, you will deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Key duties include: Assist customers with questions and recommendations Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep the store well‑stocked and recover merchandise Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stocking in accordance with productivity standards Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash areas Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height; frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting expected Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills required Strong organizational and communication skills required Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required Benefits Medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision insurance Employee Assistance Program Retirement plans Educational assistance And much more!
