About the Role: Provide direct patient care : As an LPN, you will be responsible for administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities for our elderly residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams : Work closely with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, registered nurses, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate records : Document patient care, progress, and any changes or concerns in a thorough and timely manner. Requirements: Current LPN licensure : Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri. Strong clinical skills : Possess excellent clinical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : Able to effectively communicate with residents, families, and colleagues, and provide compassionate care with empathy and respect.
