Physical Therapist

Role: The Physical Therapist assesses patients, develops creative treatment plans, and executes individualized care to promote healing, pain management, and functional independence. Responsibilities: Conducts evaluations, records patient data, and formulates diagnoses and treatment goals. Implements treatment plans through therapeutic exercises, joint mobilizations, and modalities. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, monitors progress, and adjusts plans accordingly. Provides patient education, oversees support staff, and manages documentation using EMR software. Participates in community outreach and maintains compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, with a Doctorate preferred. Must hold a valid state license, CPR certification, and meet CEU requirements. Strong clinical decision-making, communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills are essential. Ability to work independently and professionally while maintaining patient confidentiality.
