Provide detailed information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
