Physical Therapist – Orthopedic and Pelvic Health (Outpatient)

The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy services to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account each patient's physical, functional, and age-related needs. This position requires expertise in patient evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and professional consultation to maximize patient independence and functional outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program OR
• Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program OR
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Specialized physical therapy training may be required based on departmental needs
• Oregon Physical Therapist License (Required upon hire)
• Physical Therapist License in states where care is delivered (if applicable)
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (Required upon hire)
• Specialized physical therapy experience may be required depending on department
