Purpose :Oversee internal & external projects through planning, execution, and completion.2. Responsibilities: including but not limited toUse caution and support systems to assure a safety event free facilityRespond to any emergency or potential emergency following established proceduresObserve, respond, and report to any instance of product, service, or quality systems non conformanceSecurity diligence: maintain control of keycards, prevent unauthorized entry to facilities by non-Berry employees, and proper maintenance / security of Berry equipmentSuccessfully complete Primary Duties as outlined in 4.0 and associated training3. Authorities: including but not limited toPause activity and notify safety lead in any facility regarding instances of potentially unsafe work environments or employee and supplier practicesInitiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity of product, service, or quality systemsInitiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channelsSuggest actions for continual improvement to products, processes, or systems and verify the implementation of solutions4. Primary Duties: including but not limited to:Maintain quoting systemsCollaborate with customers (internal & external) to understand requirementsQuote work utilizing performance data & working with job leaders/department leadsDefine and operate to scope of workCreate and maintain timelinesMonitor progress through each phaseAssist with problem-solving issues that may ariseManage budget through each phase and by detailCollaborate with customers throughout the project and afterAnalyze project performance upon completion5. Qualifications / Education Required :Proficient knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & TeamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently or in teams6. Preferred Skills / Experience :Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering/Plastic Engineering) or equivalent experienceAbility to analyze data and make sound recommendationsAbility to travel when required7.
