Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You'll Bring:

• Active SLPA license in the state of Texas
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Confidence in supporting students with diverse communication needs under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to efficiently manage your caseload and documentation
• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Assist with speech-language evaluations, screeners, and data collection
• Work closely with general and special education teachers, families, and supervising SLPs to help students meet communication goals
• Utilize creative activities and evidence-based techniques to engage and motivate students
• Maintain accurate records, track progress, and contribute to team meetings when needed
