Our Western Region States Thrive Pet Healthcare’s Western Region includes the following States: Arizona California Colorado Hawaii Idaho Nevada New Mexico Oregon Utah Washington Position Requirements All Relief Veterinarian positions require the following minimum qualifications: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree. State Veterinary Board License: Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligibility.
