Assembler - Start ASAP

• $22.20 – $23.98/hour
• 1st or 2nd Shift Available
• Located in Dubuque
• Long Term Opportunity

We’re hiring Assemblers to support hands-on production in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with assembly, production, construction, or general labor experience who are comfortable working with tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products from start to finish
• Use hand and power tools (drills, screw guns, nail/staple guns)
• Read and follow work instructions and production lists
• Measure materials using a tape measure
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and report material or quality issues
• Move and handle materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

• 6+ months of assembly, production, or general labor experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Basic reading and math skills

Preferred Experience

• Construction or carpentry background
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Blueprint reading

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Dubuque, IL.

The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
