Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking two Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a growing outpatient primary care practice serving the adult population in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and motivated new graduates who are passionate about caring for an underserved community. Candidates must have foundational Spanish-speaking skills and a desire to become conversationally fluent. Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Specialty: Primary Care / Internal Medicine Provider Type: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Location: Raleigh, North Carolina Position Highlights Permanent, full-time opportunity Adult outpatient primary care practice (ages 17+) Independent practice with Medical Assistant support Average patients per day (approximately 3 patients per hour) AthenaHealth EMR No call responsibilities Five hours of dedicated administrative time each week Locum-to-permanent consideration available for experienced providers Schedule Four days per week Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday: 8:00 AM 6:30 PM (rotating schedule) One Saturday per month required: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM Approximately five hours of administrative time each week Additional Saturday shifts available with bonus incentive Practice Details Outpatient only Average patient volume: patients per day Approximately three patients per hour Adult patient population (17+) Medical Assistant support No telehealth responsibilities EMR: AthenaHealth Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of approximately $105,000 for new graduates Additional compensation based on years of experience Productivity bonus opportunities Additional bonus for working extra Saturdays Three weeks of PTO to start, increasing to five weeks with tenure One week of CME time Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid malpractice coverage Short-term and long-term disability insurance Employer-paid life insurance with additional coverage available Counseling reimbursement Mileage reimbursement (up to 60 miles) Qualifications Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Eligible for North Carolina licensure Foundational Spanish language skills required with willingness to become conversationally fluent Passion for serving underserved and diverse patient populations TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is a specialized healthcare recruiting firm connecting clinicians with high-quality locum and permanent opportunities nationwide.
