We’re adding a Fractional CFO to our bench.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead the finance side of client engagements, usually across more than one client at a time. The problems are familiar: revenue is up but cash is unpredictable, the close takes too long, and the numbers tell a different story every month.

You’ll run the FLO Method:

• Clarity Scan. Find the friction across cash, operations, and growth. Tell the owner what you actually found.
• 90-Day Game Plan. Set priorities, owners, metrics, and timelines with the client’s team.
• Install Operating Rhythm. Build a weekly scorecard and a leadership cadence that sticks.
• Execute and Transfer. Do the work alongside the team and coach as you go. As they get stronger, your role gets smaller. That’s the point.

In practice, that means stabilizing the monthly close, building 13-week cash forecasts, producing reporting packages owners and lenders can trust, supporting board and PE reporting, and serving as a financial thought partner to the CEO. You won’t do it alone. FLO backs you with controllers and accountants so you can stay at the CFO level.

What you bring

• 10+ years as a CFO preferred, ideally at a private, owner-led company
• You’ve fixed a broken close and built reporting from scratch
• Cash flow forecasting, lender relationships, and covenant management
• CPA is a bonus, not a requirement
• You can sit across from an owner and tell them the truth, kindly and clearly
