EQUIPMENT OPERATOR $38/HR + BONUS + FULL FAMILY MEDICAL

HTM Contractors is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators who take pride in production, safety, equipment care, and getting work done the right way.


We are building a strong demolition, excavation, and infrastructure team and are looking for dependable operators who want steady work, strong benefits, and long-term opportunity with a growing local company.


PAY & OPPORTUNITY
Starting Pay $38/hr
Overtime after 40 hours
Davis-Bacon / prevailing wage work on qualifying projects
Quarterly performance incentives

SCHEDULE
MondayFriday
Occasional weekend and outer island work

THE WORK
Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, compactors, and other heavy equipment
Demolition, excavation, grading, and site work operations
Load trucks and stage materials efficiently
Support utility and infrastructure projects
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
Work safely and efficiently with field crews and Foremen
Help maintain clean and organized jobsites


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong heavy equipment operating experience
Demolition, excavation, grading, or infrastructure experience preferred
Ability to operate safely around utilities, crews, and structures
Strong work ethic and reliability
Safety-minded and team-oriented
Takes pride in equipment and workmanship
Able to follow direction and communicate professionally
